Sustainability

We are contributing to the well-being of the community, generating income and opportunities for the area and its inhabitants, and being regenerative for the environment.

We are reclaiming

Our land and our connection to our rich past.

We are regenerating

Breathing life into our environment and local community.

We are reimagining

Facilitating new connections and creating exciting possibilities.

Led by husband-and-wife team, Lulu Kitololo and Fritz Germinor, we are creating a legacy to honour our ancestors and inspire the generations ahead of us.

Our values

Cultural preservation

We are committed to showcasing, celebrating and preserving Taita culture and history.

Inclusivity

We are creating a space that welcomes and works for everyone, regardless of ability, gender, race, or socioeconomic status. We have already held an initial public participation with the community and intend to continue engaging the community as we progress.

Creativity

We champion innovation and commit to being an example of what’s possible.
